 + -1 moreI called, and Alex came out and fixed it in less than 2 hours from the time of the call. He seemed knowledgable about the system, checked everything out; the fix was simply adding more freon to the unit.
Description of Work: We had an A/C that was not performing as it should.

 + -1 moreI got quotes on various efficiency systems from several vendors, and Alex was by far the best value. They performed all of the work in one day, but had to come back to repair the humidifier, which was not working. He always answered the phone when I called and was very professional. I lowered punctuality because they canceled the first appt to repair the humidifier the morning of because of an emergency (no heat) elsewhere (I had already stayed home from work).
Description of Work: Installed new high efficiency furnace (95%), AC (16 seer), A coil, and Heat Pump. This included a new humidifier, chimney liner for water heater, programmable thermostat, and 4" media air filter. They also took away all of the old equipment.

 + -1 moreAlex was very friendly and when he and Dave came for the installation they were quick and efficient. They worked with my needs very well. The only bad mark was that the company that came to pick up all our junk ended up needing to make a second trip afterward.
Description of Work: They removed my old furnace and A/C and installed new ones with modern appliances for a price that was about 20% less than their competition.
