I called, and Alex came out and fixed it in less than 2 hours from the time of the call. He seemed knowledgable about the system, checked everything out; the fix was simply adding more freon to the unit.

I got quotes on various efficiency systems from several vendors, and Alex was by far the best value. They performed all of the work in one day, but had to come back to repair the humidifier, which was not working. He always answered the phone when I called and was very professional. I lowered punctuality because they canceled the first appt to repair the humidifier the morning of because of an emergency (no heat) elsewhere (I had already stayed home from work).

Alex was very friendly and when he and Dave came for the installation they were quick and efficient. They worked with my needs very well. The only bad mark was that the company that came to pick up all our junk ended up needing to make a second trip afterward.
