 + -1 moreI had absolutely no problems with this company or the employees who responded on both occasions, first to diagnose the problem and then to replace the unit. They even honored the 50% service call coupon in the Yellow Pages, though their service call was around 11:00 p.m. They hauled away the broken air conditioner and negotiated with my home warranty company for an A-coil when they found that the new equipment wasn't "meshing" right.
Description of Work: Roger and his assistant responded to my failed air conditioner after several days of extremely hot weather. He determined that the 17-year-old unit was irreparable and worked patiently with my home warranty company, who shipped a new condenser to them to install a few days later.
