I had absolutely no problems with this company or the employees who responded on both occasions, first to diagnose the problem and then to replace the unit. They even honored the 50% service call coupon in the Yellow Pages, though their service call was around 11:00 p.m. They hauled away the broken air conditioner and negotiated with my home warranty company for an A-coil when they found that the new equipment wasn't "meshing" right.

Good company but can't find them in the phone book any more. They were friendly and nice. Would recommend them for others to use for residential or commercial use.
