I called the company and they were able to come out the same day. They were very good.

Showed up a little late,introduced himself.
Showed him the problem,turned the unit on,turned it off,dis-connected the bad part,showed me what was burnt on the part,replaced it,turned the furnace back on and ran just fine.
Great guy and friendly.
Will call again for any related HVAC problem and preventive service.

My husband contacted the owner, Mark, he came out to give an estimate. We received several, his was the best price for what we wanted. He stayed in contact with us and promptly kept all appointments. Once the installation started, Mark and his helper, were professionals and completed the job with exceptional timing (considering the positioning of the unit.) The unit is quiet and looks great.( They concealed the tubing behind the unit so its not such and eyesore) Not only did they do quality work, they also picked up after they were finished. We are satisfied with the end result and will recommend them to everyone.
