I had a great experience the first time around when my Van passed emissions and safety 60 days ago. While my title was being processed it was lost in the mail so my safety and emissions expired by five days. Thinking well I’ll go back to A1 and get the form updated. Now on the first safety it showed taking the tire off was not required. This time they took it off and did not pass it. Stating now I needed inner tie rod and and my muffler was rusted and cracked $578.00 worth of work. I put 3500 miles on it in the past 60 days so how does the muffler rust in the past 60 days and why the first inspection I didn’t require the ties rods checked? After discussing my displeasure of passing just 60 days ago does it now fail? I asked the man who said here’s your quote I’m like ***... no way maybe that’s why they stay so busy. Was it because I was a single older senior citizen ? I’m on Social Security... 600 bucks is a lot for me. He turned his back on me and walked away. Was the first Tech negligent or the second Tech just wanting to make a quota? No I am not happy with this service the second time. I will be downloading a complaint form online to State Patrol and having it inspected with them to see which inspection is valid. They will investigate to see if they were trying to just dig in my pocket or was the first inspection negligent in his duties.

I had a failed emissions test preventing me from licensing the vehicle. This test was done to find the leak. Repairs were not done due to cost.

It went well and they did a good job. It was done on schedule and I got in fairly quickly. They had a competitive price compared to other places. They had a good reputation and I would use them again.
