She is working with me part time, She has been charging me $20-30 an hour and typically works during normal business hours, but will work into the early evening as well. We try to make sure that she comes during the week and weekends are on an emergency or as needed basis. She is a former nurse and she has had experience in the past in hospice situations. She is great with our dogs and has done pet sitting for us. Her cooking is great! One feature that I enjoy about her is that she is very compassionate about the people she works for and treats me like family. She is very patient and friendly. She doesn't live with us, as she cares for her elderly mother at her own home as well. She is very flexible with her schedule and is open to working with people that have disabilities.
