I paid my car off and in the mail I received the option to purchase a 30 day extended warranty for $125.00 down and then I have 30 days to cancel the subscription and get my money back and thereafter would be $104.00 per month.   It hasn't been 30 days and I have been trying to get my money back like they said I would and is also stated in their booklet.  I have called multiple times and every time there is a different reason why they cant refund money.  I have also been told Mr. Joseph Walski was the manager and when I ask for him they say he is not manager he is on the sales floor.  I have mainly spoke to Monica who has told me most of this information and today she wont even get on the phone.  I called today again and I  was literally laughed at and told there is no supervisor and that Monica isnt there who told me she would be there today.  The guy was even whispering to I'm almost positive it was Monica.  Then he hung up on me after I told him I hear him whispering and didnt appreciate him laughing at me.
