The two workers Jones sent out worked hard. They started at 7 and worked till 6 every day for four and a half days. Great job. Siding looks great.

Josh and Charley did a great job. I had some issues with the original placement of a post in front of my shed which is under the deck but Josh came up with a great solution. They were courteous and hard working. They worked through some rough weather in January and February but got the deck done in a reasonable amount of time. Jay from Jones and Bruce the supervisor made sure everything went smoothly and was completed correctly.

Above and beyond customer service, solid attention to detail, and positive punch walk experience. As our project included demolition of the existing decks as well, clean-up was better than expected.

When the City of Wildwood lost our permit application, she was on top of it, making multiple calls till it was found. During a period of illness, Jay offered personal help if we needed it & gave valuable advice on problems we were having in regard to our new Invisible Fence that was installed while waiting for our build. We have been treated more as valuable friends, than customers! This has been such a wonderful experience from our excellent sales rep & I think co-owner, Rob Workman, to Jay Jackson, to the works crews. The product far surpasses our expectations, but the outstanding service, care & attention we have received has also been the shocker! We canâ t recommend them highly enough! You wonâ t be disappointed in this superior company!

I used Jones Home Improvements to build a new deck. The team did such a great job! They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up daily, and were very professional. She secured all the documents I needed for code compliance, answered all of my questions, and kept me in the loop with what was next. We are so pleased with our siding windows and gutters. The customer service was great. If I had a question I called and they answered it. Our house looks beautiful thanks to them. We could not be happier. We would recommend them to everyone.

The price was reasonable, their staff, from sales, office staff to work crews that worked are our home were outstanding. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the work was well done. The Jones company communicated well with us. They did architectural drawings and got HOA approval and then permits. They were able to finish building the deck several weeks before other companies could even start and for the same price. They threw in some extras and the deck looks beautiful. When we saw an imperfection they came back quickly to fix it. We couldn't be happier with a new deck.

I work for one of the best integrative medicine clinics in the country, if not the world, and have been extremely ill for over four months, despite multiple types of treatments. The doctor noticed my hypersensitivity to EMFs (electromagnetic fields) and recommended a wiring / electrical / EMF check at my apartment. Rob came out in less than 48 hours, spent over 2 hours going over every aspect of the house and exterior environment. Because I live in the city with excessive EMF outside the house, will need to move. However, I am super excited for the opportunity to get into a cleaner living situation and will call on Rob again to check my new housing prospects and to recommend mitigations for any residual issues inside. Jones Home Improvement removed our existing deck and replaced it with a new one. Our deck is very large. We went with the tigerwood for our new deck! Louis and his crew were awesome! They paid attention to every detail. Our deck is the most beautiful deck in our subdivision. Everyone comments on it! I would highly recommend Jones Home Improvement! They were very professional and hardworking.

All started with Rob who was very knowledgeable about the various decking options available. Went with a beautiful Brazilian Tigerwood and it looks amazing! Alex was great coordinating all the details and keeping us informed with every step of the process. So easy to work with! Finally Chris and his crew built us an amazing deck! Professional and very hard workers. Could not be more thrilled with our new outdoor space! Jones knocked it out of the park!

I recently hired Jones Home Improvements to perform two preliminary EMF (ElectroMagnetic Frequency) tests on two separate homes that I was considering purchasing in order to determine the levels of EMF radiation present at each home and, hence, whether either one was safe enough to consider purchasing and, ultimately, move into. For those of you who might be wondering to what I am referring, I will sum it up this way: many scientific studies have been done proving that exposure to EMF's, created by cell phone towers, antennas, electrical wires, etc., can have detrimental effects on human health. Additionally, many anecdotal reports (about people who've been negatively affected by EMF radiation) exist that further substantiate this fact. Make no mistake about it...EMF radiation is an invisible threat to each and every one of us, and I encourage you to do your own research on the subject so as to educate yourself about this ubiquitous danger to which we are all exposed at some level or another (WARNING: the advent of 5G is particularly concerning!). A couple of good places to start your research are: electricsense.com AND theemfguy.com. Now, back to my review.... From my initial phone conversation with Rob, the Building Biologist at Jones Home Improvements (JHI) who performs this testing, to the time he met me at the homes to conduct the testing, I found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, efficient, and professional. I was under a time crunch (as is so often the case when buying a new home!), and, in order to accommodate me, Rob promptly came out to the two prospective homes to conduct the tests. By walking around the exterior of the homes, using 2 handheld meters, Rob was able to immediately determine the levels of EMF radiation present at each home. He, then, spent considerable time with me, immediately afterward, to explain the results of his findings (one home, by the way, fared better than the other). This testing, along with Rob's explanation of the results, proved to be very helpful in knowing whether or not to pursue purchasing either of the two homes. As it turned out, we decided not to purchase either of the homes for other reasons. Once we DO find the right home, however, and after we have moved into it, I plan on hiring JHI again to test the home, from both the outside AND the inside, so as to rectify any EMF problems that might be present at the home. In closing, I would like to commend JHI for providing such a much-needed, but little-known service to the residents of St. Louis. JHI has been innovative enough, smart enough, and brave enough to go where no other St. Louis companies have gone by offering such a vital service it's customers. It is my hope that all homeowners (and potential homeowners) learn about -- and realize the importance of -- EMF testing, and it is my hope that JHI continues to offer their Building Biology services to perform these tests in order to meet the anticipated demand. Kudos, once again, to JHI and to Rob Workman, their Building Biologist, for a job well done!

GM Rob Workman was great to work with. He gave us ALL info on the deck product so it was easy to make our decision. Production Manager Alex Khatskin was amazing to work with,he was available by phone, text, or email all the time, even nights and weekends. Alex answered all questions right away, even suggested new ideas which we used. The construction crew was extremely great to work with and they cleaned up the work site every day. Over my 50 years of working with contractors I would say these guys are in the top 2-3 of all. I recommend these guys 100%.

I had my siding replaced by Jones Home Improvements. I initially hired them because the representative they sent to provide the quote and show me the product seemed knowledgeable and dedicated to his job, and the price they quoted me was very competitive. The work was done promptly and quickly after the materials were received; there was a bit of a miscommunication with the gutter installation that caused a delay, but the company was very communicative throughout the process and no harm was one in the end. I'm getting a quote from them for my roof replacement, too, since they did such a great job with the first project.

Very satisfied with my deck with good follow up by the company. They do want to make sure you are happy with the final product.
