Calls himself a contractor but I don't even consider him to be a good handyman.  He's overpriced and under qualified.
He's not prompt and not a good communicator.  The quality of the work was very poor...roof continued to leak, carpet came up and the siding came off during the first storm.  Just about anything he touched fell apart.  He was never available to try to resolve problems.  He has numerous better business bureau complaints against him. I had to sue him and he filed bankruptcy.
