Pressure Washing
I responded to an ad hung on our doorknob ("doormail", a city-wide advertising service). Called for estimate, received and accepted it. They came when promised, worked efficiently and left no mess. My only (minor) complaint is that I thought they promised to return in 2-3 years to apply a touch up coat but they never did. I lost track of the time lapse until earlier last year (2011) when I noticed that the deck was looking shoddy again; since I had not heard from Weathershield, I called upon another company to perform a new job. I have no complaints with the original job, however--only the perceived lack of follow-up.
