Drain clean went very well, no problems since. The pressure at the kitchen sink was not resolved. The technician they sent was in a hurry to get to another appointment.

It did not go well. We had never smelled leaking propane so we were unaware of the smell. Shortly after installation, and for nearly a year and a half after Wallace installed lines outside and inside for our propane gas heating stoves and emergency generator, we intermittently smelled what we thought was a dead animal smell. We live in the country, so that was not totally unexpected, but we could never find the source of the smell. Inside, a horrible smell would occur especially when it was damp. So we bought a dehumidifier that helped somewhat, but the smell continued. Then , when our generator maintenance man came out, he told us we had a gas leak and should call the gas company and plumber as soon as possible. I called Wallace twice and told the man answering we were experiencing an issue with our gas, and he said they would call back. Never did. When the gas company came out they discovered gas leaks both inside and outside and recommended a different plumber. Who we called and who came out that day. It cost over $500 to repair faulty pipe and valves both inside and out. After reinspection by the gas company all was good to go. No more dead smell! Meanwhile, apparently we lost hundreds of dollars in gas. This winter, in spite of the cold, we have used only a fraction of the gas as compared to the past winter season. More importantly was the safety issue. Additionally, the two new toilets installed by Wallace never flushed correctly. We had that fixed when the plumber was out working the gas issue. I would never recommend this plumber. Had we been smarter, we would have taken issue with them in the first month or so after their expensive work was completed. Lesson learned, but a tough one indeed.

The plumber did an adequate job replacing two leaking faucets behind the washing machine and also the water pressure valve for the incoming water line for the house. It has now been 9 months since the work was done and everything is working fine. My one complaint is that while cutting through the pipe to replace the water pressure valve, the plumber's saw poked a tiny hole through the drywall into the next room, which is the main entry hall of the house. I didn't notice the damage until after he had left. The space he had to work in to replace that valve was cramped, so it was not an easy place to cut a pipe. I repaired the wall myself without too much trouble, but it was irritating to deal with.

I enjoyed his service a whole bunch. He was quick and he got everything done in a timely manner. He did it very effectively and the plumbing was put in right. He was affordable too so I was really happy with pricing.

Overall., very well. The plumber was a little grumpy at first (I think the tank full of wet sand may have had something to do with that) but after a little while, some conversation and my checking on how he was doing things got better. I was really glad to find out that he detected the clogged hot water gravity recirculating line and cleaned that out..

A little research on the web was leading me to think I was going to have to replace the water heater. However Wallace Plumbing came out and inspected the system and quickly determined that all that was needed was to clean out the short In/Out pipes on the top of the water heater. About an hour later they had completely fixed our hot water pressure problem. They said they inspected the water heater itself and it looked good and we should expect many more years of usage before a replacement was needed. They could easily have told me I needed a new water heater and I would have believed them. I am very happy to have found an honest, prompt and professional plumber and will be using them in the future and happily recommend them.

Excellent service. When I called the office, my call was actually answered by someone (none of that and quot;leave a message and we'll get back to youand quot; stuff). The person I talked to knew exactly what I was talking about when I described the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. He apologized because it would be a couple days before they could get to it, but since the faucet was still working and not leaking, that wasn't a problem. On the appointed day the technician showed up on time and got right to work. The faucet is now working just like it was the day it was originally installed.
I know a lot of people complain about the cost of service calls (and, for some reason, plumbers in particular) but we've always felt that we are paying not only for the physical repair but also for the knowledge, expertise, and tools and equipment to get the job done. Also, these folks are maintaining an office, inventory, vehicles, and personnel so that when the need arises we DO have somebody to call.

They were extremely busy and referred me to another company. They were also extremely. Because it was an emergency, my nephew contacted his friend a plumber, and got it fixed for free.

Master Tech was called by my elderly mother to fix her toilet. It was like watching a Dateline episode where the repairman comes in then immediately tells you something else (that is expensive to fix) is wrong, not the issue you called them for. My mother did not have a leaking toilet until she called MasterTech for a flusher handle that didn't work. The repairman came to her house, shook her toilet and told her it was loose before he even lifted her toilet lid to fix what she called him for. She told him she did not ever have a problem with a and quot;loose toilet beforeand quot; and asked him to simply fix the handle so she could flush. He was finished within 15 minutes and charged her $168.00. When he left, her toilet leaked from the bottom and the flusher handle stuck. For the first time, she had water all over her bathroom floor leaking from the bottom of the toilet. She immediately called Master Tech back and the same repairman came back. He told her it would be an additional $250+ to fix the leaking toilet. He replaced the flusher that he had installed 2 days prior, and when she told him that she could not afford another $250 and that it didn't leak until he shook it loose, he put silicone around the bottom (with all the water that had leaked around it.) She asked him if that would even work since the silicone was being put down in standing water and was told it would be and quot;fine.and quot; She told him it was not and quot;fineand quot; and wanted to know what the silicone was going to do. She was told that unless she spent the additional $250 there was nothing more he could do, and he left. We called the owner, Jerry, and that did not go any better. He defended his employee and offered to give her her money back. He did not come out and personally inspect the problem or offer to do anything else. He told her he did not like her as a customer, and that he would give her the money back and she could take it and go hire someone else. So that is EXACTLY what she did, thank goodness! Wallace Plumbing highly was recommended to her, and they came in and fixed the ENTIRE problem, including the leaking toilet for $137 total (vs. $418+) These guys have been in business for over 30 years, and a they are good, reputable, professional, trustworthy company.
