The unit wasn't functioning efficiently and I wanted the tech to check out what the problem was. After he examined my system for less then 35 minutes he said that he found nothing out of the ordinary but suggested that I pay more money to have him do a further examination. He also stated that my system (less then 6 years old) might need to be replaced costing between $3500-$6500 for a new setup. The very next morning my AC stop functioning completely at my house. I was furious. I called and they wanted me to pay again for a tech to come out and also pay the extra for him to find the actual issue. I called another company and only paid $105 including a part (less then the cost for Tiger to even come to my house and examine the issue) to have the whole system up and running again. It seems that they just wanted to sell services in order to make more money off of me.

Our air conditioner went out Friday evening of Memorial weekend. We called Tiger and they sent someone that evening. He tried to repair the unit but was unable to get it to run (it was a 20 year old unit). They did not have the model we chose in stock, but got one shipped in the next Tuesday, They came out and installed that day. Work was neat and efficient. The unit has worked fine since.
