"We appreciate the opportunity to address the review and share our perspective. Our business is built on respect, professionalism, and delivering quality service, principles we hold in high regard for every client interaction. In this instance, we encountered several challenges. Initially, a scheduling error occurred due to the client inputting an email address instead of a physical address for the service. While we aim to accommodate and correct such mistakes, this situation unfortunately escalated with requests for free service, which stemmed from this initial error. Furthermore, our interactions with this client became increasingly difficult, marked by hostility, rudeness, and disrespect. Such an environment is not conducive to the respectful and professional service standards we uphold. As a business, we believe in treating each client and our staff with courtesy and dignity, and we expect the same in return. The decision to terminate our services was further solidified upon discovering attempts to hire our staff privately during their time off. This practice not only undermines our business ethics but also the trust we place in our client relationships. It led us to issue a refund and discontinue our service, a step we take very seriously and only in circumstances that compromise our values and operational integrity."
