I called Scott to ask for an estimated cost for the project. I got his answering service and he called me back the same evening. We setup a meet for 2 days later which he arrived at promptly. He provided the estimate by email and I called him to give the go ahead. He indicated that he would review his projects and would call back with a date for the work.
2 days later he called and said he had a project that was delayed due to wood delivery and could start our work the following Monday. He indicated it would take 7 working days and he finished on time.
Scott was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He called several times during the work to let us know what stage he was in. He kept the work site clean and safe during the entire process. There were no problems during the work and on completion the floors are absolutely beautiful!!! In the dining room he laced the new flooring into existing oak flooring in the foyer. You can't tell the room was originally carpeted, it looks seamless with the original floor.
I would highly recommend Scott to anyone needing hardwood floors installed.
