STOVER'S FLOORING & DRAPERY CENTER

Installers arrived on time and service was completed in a day as promised.  Installers removed all old carpet and let lower level in a clean state. We are very pleased with the carpet we purchased and the finished product.

Everyone I worked with was punctual and professional.  They were able to get the job done quickly and the results were great.  Like all of the work I had done before I moved, wish I had done it sooner.

This was by far the best home remodel experience I have ever had.  Excellent customer service, great communication and fantastic employees.  My floor was installed with excellent craftmanship and I couldn't be happier.  Stover's not only sells flooring, but they also sell countertops and window treatments.  I will not even shop around for my next flooring, window treatment or counter top re do.........They have my business hands down.  In todays world, it was refreshing to recieve quality product, quality service and superior craftsmanship!!  You won't regret doing business with Stovers. 
Don't let the outside of their store turn you off.  Things look a little dated on the outside and the inside is chocked full of samples.....They aren't glitsy like some show rooms, but they make up for it with excellent products to choose from and the wonderful customer service!!

The point man we talked to was George. We loved him! As much as 50% of the reason why we went with this provider was because we liked George so much. He is very friendly and easy to talk to grandfatherly figure. We really like him~~
We wanted a type of floor that matched the hardwood floor in our kitchen, but we didn't know what type of wood was used for the kitchen. (It was installed by the previous homeowner.) George came and looked at our floor, took back a couple of wood samples, and found a nice match! We originally wanted to recarpet the rest of our home, and George took measurements, we went to pick the carpet we liked, and he gave us an estimate. Even though we ultimately chose not to do the carpet, George provided us a very positive experience.
We were out of town when the hardwood floor was actually installed. When we're home we see the final product. We think the floor is installed beautifully! There is no creaking noise, and the floor boards fit snugly together. (Our kitchen floor creaks, so we know how hardwood floors can be!) The difference between the dining room floor and the kitchen floor is hard to tell unless you take a really close look. We are impressed with the quality of the product, and the quality of installation. I think Stover's Carpet provides high-quality service. Their charge is not the lowest on the market (we've asked for estimates from competitors, so we know), but we think it's worth it if you have a nice floor installed beautifully, and if throughout the process you are interacting with a service person as nice as George =) We will go back to Stover's Carpet again if we do want to go ahead with the recarpeting some day.

Went well.

We remodeled a bathroom. Stover's provided excellent advice on choice of tile and grout. The installation, using their contract installer, was very good, though not perfect. A few of the tiles cracked during installation, but we didn't notice until after the installer had left. We opted not to have the installer return to replace the tiles. Prices were competitive. I would happily use Stover's again though I might keep a closer eye on the installation process.

The carpet installers were fast effecient and very good. The Hardwood installers were also very good. When we found a board or a gap that we didn't like they corrected it with out a complaint or objection. The Tile guy was EXCELLENT! personable and particular about his work. All the flooring turned out beautifully. We are very pleased. They handled our furnature with care and moved it all back in place with care.
