Show Me Cleaning Plus LLC

Rodney wrote a contract to perform work in January 2012.  As of this date (5+ months), one half of the house is washed!  He only showed up twice:  once to do the front and once to do the back.  I now call him weekly asking him to come and finish the job.  He always promises to be back here in "a day or so" but that never happens.  After the first time he showed up, left the washer on my front porch for a few days, then came back when we weren't home and loaded it up.  It was then over a month before we saw him again.  The furniture from our deck was in the dining room for over a month before we finally gave up on him and moved it outside.  Stay away from this "company".  If this job ever gets finished, we will be surprised.  UPDATE !!  Well, I was surprised when Rodney showed up (without letting us know) and finished the power washing.   The irony in this is that his pressure washing work was okay.  It's his lack of organization and just plain lying that gave him an "F".  See also  a review of this "company" under Exterior - Painting.    It reads like this one only that job was never finished and will not be.

Although a contract was signed and half the money put down on Jan. 31, 2012, the work is not even halfway done now over five months later.  Rodney shows up about every three weeks (with promises to come over "later today or tomorrow") and then you do not see him for weeks.  Shows up about every three weeks and does very minor work.  Unloads equipment while you are there, then disappears with the equipment as soon as you leave.  When you leave home, the ladder usually disappears and then you do not see him for 2-3 weeks.  Several others in our neighborhood have the same problems with him.  Nothing is ever finished and you may have one of his ladders propped up on your house for weeks without seeing him.        After almost six months, two sides of the house are almost power washed and the decks have not been stained completely--about 3/4 done.  He says now he is finished staining, but there is much undone.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON.  I wish I could report it as completed.  We had deck furniture in our dining room for over a month waiting for him to show up as promised.
