Hair Salons/Barbers
I have my massages with Trisha. I also add the hot stones to my basic swedish massage for the maximum benefit. The table is heated and she also uses warmed pillows to help with my tight back and neck muscles. Great experience!!

Manicures/Nails
I prefer the Spa Pedicure, which includes a hot water soak, exfoliation, cuticle treatment, salt rub, moisturizer, massage, and polish. The process takes about 50 minutes. I hangout for another 15-20 minutes to ensure my slow-drying nails are at least moderately dry before I leave. I recommend you bring your own reading material as offered magazines are generally one to two years out-of-date.

I called Riversong in need of some quick relieve. I was offered a 20 minute massage in the next couple hours. I was thrilled! I arrived about 10 minutes early. The person working the front desk didn't seem to be in a particularly good mood. I wasn't bothered by it but she acted like it a was a huge inconvenience when I asked a question. She paged the massage therapist and told me to take a seat to fill out paperwork. I sat down, filled out the paperwork and returned it to the desk. She didn't even look up at me when I returned it just told me to leave it lay on the countertop. I walked away and returned to my seat. I watched her treat other customers the same way. I sat and waited and waited. Another employee approached the desk and asked the receptionist who I was waiting for to which the receptionist replied the massage therapist's name. The other employee then turned around and walked away. It turns out she went and found the massage therapist, who came to the waiting room and got me. The massage therapist apologized for the delay and was great at relieving my pain. I went to go pay and had to deal with the receptionist again who just didn't seem very polite. Especially for someone working a front desk position where people's first impressions are based off that individual.

My experience was great. I love going there. It is like what I except when I picture what a place like that should be. The staff is friendly. It is quiet. They have a reading room; I think they call it a quiet room or something. There is always tea and water and cookies to snack on while I am waiting for my massage. It is like a reason to go early. The guy who had sent the masseurs every time I have gone, the male masseur continues to excel as he is able press harder. I had a better experience with him. It is like he comes in, just says hey, how you doing and then start massaging. It is great. There was one time when I saw like he was really talkative at first, and in fact, I did not want to do that, but other than that, there were other handful of times that I have gone and it has been awesome. They are always quick to schedule a masseur. As far as punctuality, there have been times when I ended up waiting for some time because the masseur was running late. The people there are phenomenal. The bedside manner is good; the guy knows appropriately what he is doing. He is great. Their billing and administration is pretty standard in my experience.
