I live in a very old house and the screen doors needed replaced. He had to do some retrofitting for the new doors to be put in. He also replaced my front door and he had to also retro fit it to the space. I also had water damage in the ceiling over a stairwell, he repaired and repainted that. He painted my living room and dining room and part of my hallway. I do have him coming back this fall to do more things for me. He is meticulous, trustworthy and cleans up after himself. He works by himself.
