This company is reliable, ethical, hard-working, and does excellent work We were very pleased from the moment of contact. Bill was very responsive to texts and phone calls. He and Devlin showed up when they said they would and finished the job in less than 2 days. This was wonderful, because we thought it might take up to 4 days. When we had a concern, they were prompt to take care of the issue. We couldnâ t ask for better customer service or quality of workmanship.

Bill & Devlin Parker did excellent work refinishing the wood floors in two bedrooms and a hallway in our home. Their quote was straightforward, and they did exactly what they said that they would do, precisely on schedule. We wanted to replace a carpeted room next to where our existing hardwood that has been there for 25 years. They wove the new hardwood into the existing hardwood and refinished it to match. You honestly can't see any difference between the two and we were beyond happy with the end result. Beyond the amazing results, they showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the project from start to finish in two days. I would HIGhly recommend this company if you need to have hardwood installed.

Very pleased with the project. Floors were refinished beautifully. Communication prior to the project was efficient and timely.. We needed a new section of floor installed and it was interlaced well with the existing floor. Very impressive and professional company.
