I like that if we have a problem in-between, they will come out again with no additional charge. I like that they are flexible. They are very accommodating. They want to keep on top of the problem rather than let it get out of hand. Their service is pricey but its worth it.

We have been using Orkin for years. Overall they are very good and responsive. I can call them and they will come right out. They stand behind their service. If you have a problem, just call and they will come out again, no matter what. When we had mulch put down there were ants that were in the mulch and they have come out and done extra stuff not only inside but outside to prevent the ants from coming in. And, they did that twice for us. They have done what they said. I will use them again in the future.
