For the most part, Nathan does excellent work and his fees are reasonable. He is a fast and efficient painter. His knowlege of construction methods and materials is comprehensive, and his skill level is impressive. He has a good eye for color and finish. He was frugal with my money and found ways to economize and reuse materials without compromising the integrety or appearance of the finished project. HOWEVER, he is very difficult to get along with. He has a prima donna attitude, accompanied by a sarcastic, scathing tongue. He was easily offended and has an explosive temper which he will direct at anyone who happens to be in the way; including his employees, or me, the homeowner. He worked on various projects around my house for most of the summer. He finished most of the exterior projects, but not all, and left in September, promising to finish the exterior before the weather turned cold. He said he would be back to work on my kitchen in December or March of next year. The weather is now turning cold. Nathan told my husband last night that he may (or may not) come by to finish the exterior projects next week.. However, I have had enough unpleasantness. I have come to the conclusion that I would rather pay someone else to finish the projects that he started.
