Nate's Computer Repair

Nate wired the wifi, connected an antenna, and worked diligently to make sure it worked properly.  He also removed malware from my computer and set me up with antivirus protection and monitoring.

I took my old computer to Nate's to see if it could be upgraded or if I needed a new computer. After discussing with them I decided to put my money toward a new computer. They retrieved all my data from my old computer, which took some doing because the hard drive wasn't cooperating. They loaded all the data on my new computer. They were very conscientious and took all the time I needed to answer all my questions, as I'm not the most computer savvy person. They had my new computer ready in 2 days. One week later, my new computer crashed. I took it to them to see what they could do, as the manufacturer wanted me to return it to them, and they would have it for 7 to 10 days after they received it. I didn't want to spend 2 weeks to 3 weeks to get my computer fixed. Andrew took a look at it while I waited and thought the problem was the motherboard. They suggested I return it to the store where I purchased it, since it was so new. They retrieved the data off of that computer for me, I returned it to the store, purchased another one, took it to them and they cloned all my data back on to my second new computer in just a few hours. So, I was only out of the new computer for 2 days. And, they only charged me $30 instead of $60 to do this....even though it wasn't their fault that my computer crashed. Andrew and Marcus were both great to work with and really tried to please me.

I brought my laptop in for a screen repair, and it turned out to be a bigger more expensive problem than I anticipated. Instead of doing the repair, I was able to buy a new laptop and have them transfer over my files from the old computer. In exchange I let them keep my old laptop for parts, so they didn't charge me for the set up on the new one.

Nate and his team did an excellent job diagnosing an repairing our older computer. I would give them the highest mark possible in professionalism. They communicated with me and informed me of options. In the end they got my computer working again and saved much of my data. I needed a new hard drive. Nate also shared some ideas to improve the performance of my computer. I would definitely use Nate's Computer Repair again.

Fast reply to my call and initial visit, diagnosis. He missed appointments for the final repair 3 times.

Nate did the work in 2 visits to my home. Setting up the TV for internet took longer than he expected, but still charged less than the actual time he spent. On the 2nd visit, he was running less than 10 minutes late, but he called anyway to alert us. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, reasonably priced and very pleasant. I've already recommended him to a friend.
