MY SECRET GARDEN

I called to surprise my wife with a delivery of flowers for her birthday. I was very specific in giving them my cell phone number to call to insure she was home for the delivery ( wanted it to be a surprise). Instead we got home from her birthday lunch to find a note on the front door and a message on our home answering machine letting her know they had tried to deliver and to call them back. I called back and explained how upset I was that they did not follow instructions. I was told they were training a new sales manager and they would use this to teach her to be better. They apologized and said they followed their policy. No refund, no reduction in charges. By the way when I called to make the purchase I told the young lady I wanted a wrapped arrangement with a price range of $60-$80 dollars and I would let their florist pick out the arrangement. She said they could do a wonderful arrangement in that price range - then final bill $96 and change after tax and delivery charge. While they do have nice flowers, don't expect customer service, them to follow the budget or for them to take responsibilty when they fail
