real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreI refinanced 4 homes...3 rental properties and 1 residence....assignment of an appraiser is by lottery in this circumstance and so Moore and Shyrock was assigned. I worked with a gentleman names Austin Ball and he was great. Professional, friendly...answered my questions about the appraisal process. But he also listened to the history of improvements to the homes as well as my personal opinion regarding their quality. When the appraisals were returned (about 3 days start to finish), I was pleased with the numbers.
