Furniture - Sales
Horrible...I was always the one having to phone them to find out where my order was or when it would be in. They never called me to keep me updated or to see if I still wanted to wait a longer period of time. All it would have taken was just a call to say there was a delay and give me the decision of deciding if I wanted a refund or to keep waiting. Instead, they lost a customer for life!
