+ -1 moreHorrible...I was always the one having to phone them to find out where my order was or when it would be in. They never called me to keep me updated or to see if I still wanted to wait a longer period of time. All it would have taken was just a call to say there was a delay and give me the decision of deciding if I wanted a refund or to keep waiting. Instead, they lost a customer for life!
Description of Work: I ordered a dresser from this company in October, was told I would have it in 6-8 weeks. Dresser came in damaged, they didn't inform me of this until I called them the day before it was to be delivered. I was told they would reorder and have it in within a few weeks...dresser never came. I asked for a refund of the $400 down payment and was told it couldn't be refunded because it was a "special order." Nevermind the fact that the dresser still had not come in. Only after several phone calls and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which by the way did nothing) and the Attorney General's office did they decide to refund me my down payment and this was several months after I had ordered.
