i was having trouble with my windshield wipers making consistent contact even after they had been replaced with new and improved wipers ;-) it had been mentioned to me that (rarely) a windshield will have an area that isn't and quot;trueand quot;. i called marks mobile glass and they said that they would be willing to look at it and if this was the case replace the windshield for 180.00.
upon entering the store i was underwhelmed, of the 2 people at the front desk not on the phone i got no eye contact, no smile, no attempt at rapport. i was told (without being looked at) that i could wait and quot;in thereand quot;. they were efficient--I'll give them that. but at this point i was regretting my decision to spend my money here.
the technician that looked at my vehicle noted that the windshield was fine and that the wiper arm needed to be removed and bent into a slightly better shape. Nathan came out explained the situation to me and made the fix. he was friendly and personable and helped me not to feel like any more of a moron than i already did. he could have replaced the windshield and charged me the 180 instead i volunteered a 20 dollar bill and felt grateful for the help. Nathans customer service is the only reason I WILL be back.

We've used Mark's mobile glass for 4 different automotive glass replacements and they are far and above the best guys around. They come to where you are, fix it and stand behind their work. Rare to find such qualities in a business these days. Oh, and they were nearly $100 cheaper than their local competitors who wouldn't come on site to do the job.

They came to my work to pick up the vehicle and used the shop down the road to put in the glass. When it was finished he came in and explained all the details of how to care for the window for the next 24 hours. The window was nice and clean and the mirror was in the right spot and the window looked just the same as before the crack, so they replaced it with the same kind of windshield.

I had a window on a bus that needed replaced. I called Mark's Mobile Glass Inc to do the work. It was a very unusual window way up high and hard to get to and odd shaped. It had plexiglass and I had them put in a tinted safety glass.

Received estimate on 3/8 and was told would be delivered 3/11/13 after confirmation call on delivery schedule. Didn't hear back. Called on 3/14. On hold for several minutes. Was finally asked to review my order and told to expect delivery on 3/15/13. On 3/15/13 received a call to review my order (again). Order was delivered shortly before 5pm on 3/15.

They missed my first appt and didn't call. Stopped in at Columbia store a week later to see what the story was, got BS but rescheduled. Installer called on day of appt and gave numerous excuses why he couldn't make it. Called manager at home store in Jeff Citythe next day and she promised to have someone out that day. He did show up at the end of the day and installed wrong windsheild, even though I'd explained to them 3-4 times that my car took a special windsheild. And even after all of that, and I'd taken off and replaced the windsheild trim myself, which was about 2 hours labor, they still charged me full price. I won' t go back!

Tim the installer was on time and was professional. Finished the job within 45 minutes and was the cheapest of all. I got a great company.
