When I drove home on the highway I noticed I still had some vibration when the vehicle went over 65 mph.   I called them the next morning and they told me to bring it back in and they would take it for a drive to see if they could determine the cause.   I did and Mr. Lee came out after the drive and told me my rear tires would need to be replaced soon but not just yet.   He told me the rear tires were really out of balance, however, and asked if I would like them to balance them.  I did and when they were finished, he asked me to drive it around a bit and come back so they could check the lug nuts and find out if the problem was resolved.   The
 vehicle drove very well and I was delighted to let them know.  They tightened/checked the lug nuts and did not charge me anything for the service today.

I had a screwdriver head stuck in one of my tires. I went to Lee's as a walk-in. I waited maybe 30 minutes tops, and the charge for the plug was $16 even. It was a good experience overall. I would likely use them again for tire needs.
