All three projects went very well. This company is totally professional and kept me informed of the progress at all times. Project manager made sure all went well and kept in touch. I was informed of any changes. The work was superb. All the subs did a great job and made sure they cleaned up the area worked on before they left, Their subs suggested even better ways to finish projects. We had this company do remodeling on a house we owned 20 years ago. Went back to them based on their earlier performance. Was glad we had them again do work for us.

Dan and all the team were great. They came out and discussed what we wanted and helped us come up with a design and executed it perfectly. Most contractors came out and said what they would do, where Kliethermes came out and asked my wife what she wanted done. The cost was a bit higher than what others might lead you to think it should be, but there were no surprises and they completed and cleaned up all work that was to be done.
Our house had several maintenance issues on the front side that needed to be addressed. We were also short on garage space and needed to update the appearance of our house too. Dan came out and asked a lot of questions. He didn't come out with a cost up front, or some generic plan like the rest we had spoken with. He took what we had discussed, brought out a designer, and talked to my wife again. They went over different ideas, and came up with a design that really fit and enhanced the house we have. This may not mean a lot to other people, but all the contractors we had talked to about siding tried to sell us horizontal vinyl siding, but the house was designed to have a vertical shadow line. It would look weird and cheap with horizontal vinyl siding. They listened and incorporated that into the design. When we got the cost, we were a bit overwhelmed. It was a lot of money, but they were doing a lot of work. All I can think of are all the stories of builders from friends who promised the sky and ran out of money half way through the project.
Greg and Joe got the ball rolling, and even though they were in the midst of learning a new job tracking system, they didn't miss a beat. Les and Tim got all the concrete work done, and the framers roofers and other folks got the whole thing tight and under roof very quickly. Now my garage doors are nice and silent, and we have enough room to park both of our cars inside while keeping a trash can inside, and the whole front of my house has nice new siding that fits the design of the house instead of the builders checkbook.

They did excellent work. They always let us know when they were coming and leaving. They showed up every day and if for some reason they weren't going to be here they let us know beforehand. They followed up a year later to make sure everything was still satisfactory. This was a really good experience and I recommend their service.
