Katy Place is much more than an apartment community. These stylish one and two bedroom floor plans have been designed specifically with you in mind. They specialize in the needs of professionals and graduate students from the colleges and Universities
in town.
Their location, in the heart of Columbia, makes it convenient to reach your destination in minutes. The community features: Swimming pool, Tennis Court, Clubhouse/Fitness Center, available covered parking, on call emergency maintenance, access to the MKT Trail, Pool and wooded views, 24 hr. onsite laundry facility, free cable (expanded basic), washer/dryer rentals, minutes from the University of Missouri-Columbia campus, and centrally located next to Schnucks Grocery, Wilson's Total Fitness, and the Forum 8 Theatres.
They also accept small dogs under 20# and over 1 year of age. There is a 2 cat maximum. An additional fee is required for a pet. At every corner there is a doggie disposal with free pick up bags. Even with many dogs in the complex, after living here for over 1.5 years, I have never seen a pile that has not been picked up. They make it easy for the pets owners to pick up after their dogs.
They allow 2 persona per bedroom. Katy Place supports a drug free housing complex. All applicants must be at least 22 years of age, which makes a quiet, adult complex. The mixture of residents expands from children to ages in the 60's or more.
