Joe Machens Hyundai

I have been to Machen's Hyundai Service several times and they are always very professional. They have worked with me to get me into the shop. They have fixed everything that I have brought my vehicle in for and have provided the small repairs for free on several occasions, which I appreciated. Their were two minor issues I noticed when I was leaving and they made sure to fix them right away no charge. I have been very happy with them so far. The only negative is that their Saturday's fill up a couple weeks in advance, so can be hard to get the vehicle in sometimes, if you work 8-5.

I paid $75 for the truck and $950 for the car. I am satisfied with them. The quality of the work they did, their professionalism, suggested work that I should look at or do, and their punctuality in terms of when vehicles should be complete and they were satisfied me the most. I was happy with one price, but another was on the higher side.

The garage at Machens Hyundai has always been top-notch. I have used this garage for 12 years, beginning when the dealership was owned by someone else, and have continued to use them because they listen so well to my concerns and fix the problems right the first time. George is an amazing service provider - he coordinates repairs and always knows who I am and which vehicles I bring to them. My vehicle receives a full check each time I bring it in, allowing me to fix problems early and perform maintenance as needed.

They are honest, trustworthy and reliable.

It was wonderful!!! The wait was about normal and they had this amazing waiting room where someone was always offering food or drink or just making sure you were comfortable while you waited. They even offered to order out lunch at one point since I had waited a couple of hours (their treat!!!). They explained all of it to me when they found the problem and then fixed it all right there. There was no waiting days for parts! The multi-point inspection was very thorough and they found a problem that could have been serious on the road that I hadn't noticed. After it was all done, they washed/waxed my car, vacuumed it out, and even wiped the dashboard/interior down and sprayed a nice scent (all for free)! The atmosphere was sooooo friendly and not condescending at all!
