On the Level came and gave us an estimate on our small repairs in early August. We were about to leave for a four day vacation and they said the repairs may be done when we returned. We also were not contacted for over a week to be told why the repairs had not been done. The repairs had not been done because they had to order siding and they then ordered the wrong siding. They also said if the siding did not match they would paint the new siding pieces. About two-three weeks later they finally repaired the siding. While the actual repair was done well, the siding color was slightly off. Instead of painting it as they originally said, they said they weren't sure they could get paint to match it better and that the difference in color would fade over time. After the first repair was done, we noticed another hole in our siding on a part of the house they repaired. We asked them to add this to our original estimate and repair this section too. It has now been over three weeks and they have not done the repair nor contacted us. We weren't in a hurry to have that repair done, we we upset that they had still not contacted us, nor had they billed us for the original labor. When we finally contacted them, they said they had been backed up with other projects and admitted that they should have been much better at communicating with us. We were hoping to have them do some other small repairs around our house, but now will be looking for someone else to do the work.
