+ -1 moreThe company went to our house in a timely manner but their ladder was not long enough. They went back with a longer ladder and determined that we did not have any roof damage but needed new gutters and could repair the overhang. We asked for a quote and were told multiple times we would receive a quote. Today, more than a week later, we have not received a quote even though we were told a quote would be sent out. Totally disappointed in the lack of follow through.
Description of Work: We needed to have the roof assessed for possible damage/repair an overhang.
