FOUR PAWS GROOMING INC

AWFUL "DO NOT" TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE 12/12/2015 my 10 year old 7 lb mini poodle was traumatized, all indications by his behavior says he was mistreated.  Cowarded, kept turning his head to the right, did not want to be held, acted very afraid, this is "NOT" how my little guy acts.  When I returned to pick up my friend and over heard, Jocelyn was not aware I was standing there, while she talked to my furry friend in a very mean and hateful tone as if she were scolding him while waiting to pick him up.  Jocelyn (owner) is the person who groomed  my furry friend .  Informed Jocelyn he is a handful and does not like his face hair or his feet to be clipped before being groomed.  Jocelyn could have called me if my friend was too much for her to handle, I would have come to pick him up right away.  Terrible haircut and he did not smell like his fur had just been shampooed.  I plan to follow up with Angie's list and the Bureau of licensing to file a complaint.  I will not be taking my little guy to this place again.  
Follow up-it is Sunday and my little friend will not move around.  He is not his usual happy doggy wagging his tail and getting  excited when he sees me  after I came home from church.
Fur friend holds his head to the right and cried in pain when I picked him up.  He is not acting normal and  I will be taking him to the vet Monday morning. 
******My sister Holly Peterson owns the dog and is the one who took him to 4 Paws to be groomed.  I am writing this review because my sister lives with me along with her little furry friend and has a very kind caring heart and stays away from conflict.

I've been taking my miniature poodles the Four Paws for almost 20 years. My dogs always enter the shop willingly, greet the staff enthusiastically, and are happy when I pick them up. I enjoy watching Jocelyn and her staff interacting with the dogs. In all the years I have been taking my dogs to Four Paws, I have never had a bad experience. I would not take them anywhere else.

Excellent. They're very caring and they talk very pleasing to your dog. They're really good. I had gotten one little dog that had some issues and I explained to them that he has tags under his coat so they need to be very careful and so they took that into consideration and they worked with him. I just love it. When I first took my dogs to them couple years ago they seemed very reluctant to go but now they know where they are.
