FLAT BRANCH MORTGAGE

I want to say just how ridiculous it was working with Flat Branch Home loans. They denied approval because I am self-employed. I own a marketing agency which is a digital business meaning I can do work anywhere. They didn't approve my home loan because they said the majority of my business wasn't in the state in which my wife and I wanted to relocate to. Ridiculous, I have the income to qualify and down payment as well as great credit scores as well. Don't get drug through their process, because it's one with stipulation.

I just absolutely love them!

For the most part it went well, I was pre-approved.  I had some things on the credit report that I told the loan officer upfront and was told that my divorce papers would help keep the score high enough to get the loan.  After finding the house and making the offer, my loan was declined.  This isn't the worst part, because I know this sometimes happens in the loan world.  What made this unprofessional, was after the loan officer pulled my credit report and saw I would no longer qualify, he didn't call me back.  He called my real estate agent and I had to find out from her about the loan falling through.  He claims to have sent me an email and tried to call me.  I have no evidence of that on any of my phones and I have no email from him.  It was like I was not worth his time, once I no longer qualified.
