About us

Dwayne has always loved restoring, reinventing, and recreating items & spaces. As a child he loved painting and helping his family members with special projects at home. He was even able to help pay for college by working at a painting company when he wasn’t in classes. After college he worked in sales for several years until he decided to follow his passion and navigate his way back to painting & creating environments people love to be in. Dwayne has helped deliver the perfect home & commercial space environments his clients want for more than a half-decade. Dwayne and his painting partner Mel were a treat to work with! They did high quality work--which you would expect. They made an extra effort to make sure we were happy with our color choices--which you might not expect. And they were such great people to be around, we actually enjoyed having them in our home--which you wouldn't normally expect at all. Dwayne is probably not the least expensive painter out there, but the quality of his and Mel's work makes it a good value.

Dwayne and his partner Mel did an excellent job. They are very organized and leave their work site neat and ready for the next day's work. The job went without a hitch--they showed up when they said they would for second coats, etc. Dwayne was very responsive when we called him "after hours." Dwayne and Mel consistently demonstrated their commitment to doing high-quality work and to pleasing the customer. When they were finished with the job, they did not leave behind so much as a paint can lid or a trash bag for us to pick up. When we need more work done, we'll call Dwayne.

Dwayne is wonderful! Great work, friendly, punctual, reliable. He has a good eye for colors, and also works with interior decorators from Johnston Paints if you want additional input. I very highly recommend him.

Dwayne and Mel were wonderful to work with!  He provided color choice suggestions that proved to be beautiful.  He suggested painting the ceiling a slightly different color than the wall and not just the usual white.  It made the room much more cohesive and warmer and softer.  They were efficient, timely and have an eye for detail.  They work quietly but are very engaging.  It was a great experience.  He's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and it was worth it.  Look forward to working with them again!
