+ -1 moreHE WAS ALREADY PAID TO DO A JOB WHICH HE HAS NOT YET EVEN BEGUN TO START. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM DON ABOUT ANY REIMBURSEMENT OR ABOUT ANY KIND OF START TIME. I DON'T THINK THAT HE HAS THE TOOLS TO DO IT, BECAUSE HE HAD TO RENT THE TOOLS TO DO THE JOB.
