 + -1 moreThe gym is crowded with equipment and gets rearranged weekly. The repetitive music played is Christian rap and is very loud. The work out in the classes targeted many muscle groups and therefore I continued to return despite my dislike of many elements of the experience. However, the lack of knowledge by the leader became increasingly intolerable. I no longer felt safe participating in the classes due to the exercises and speed at which they were performed. Anyone with any type of joint injury should be wary of attending this gym as the instructors do not assess appropriateness of exercises. Another friend (not on Angies List) attended a couple of personal training sessions until she noted inappropriate exercise instruction being given as well as too much weight and too many reps to be safe - again with no assessment of her abilities or prior injuries.

 + 0 moreThe classes were lots of fun. Not the typical Boot Camp Classes. Fun and encouraging. The Personal Training is challenging but not so crazy hard to keep you from coming back.
