Description of Work: we went in to get a checkup on my wife car .bill and kyle the managers said it would cost 140.00 at the most 6hrs later and a 1200.00 dollar bill that we didn't authorize. that's not only us two other people had the same argument with them on the day that we were there

 + 0 moreThis particular time went fine, but I checked with them on a recall on my vehicle. They said it e paired and that I would have to pay to have the work done. I told them I thought you just take iT to a dealer and have it fixed. I then called a dealer and they said that guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Recalls don't expire and the fixed it for free.
Description of Work: Muffler and oil change.
