This particular time went fine, but I checked with them on a recall on my vehicle. They said it e paired and that I would have to pay to have the work done. I told them I thought you just take iT to a dealer and have it fixed. I then called a dealer and they said that guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Recalls don't expire and the fixed it for free.
