The installation went okay but within a few months had chunks of concrete popping out. Called and after much prodding and many phone calls john finally came out. They put stain on the holes but it was dark black. The patio was gray so now the spots stood out even more. After several more emails and much more time passed john came back out and said he could lighten the spots. At this point the concrete had lots of fading all over so white patches over the whole patio. He said it would come back to life by reselling it. We scheduled a time and he never showed up. I attempted to call him multiple times and left messages, emailed him, and texted him. He never responded. The only text he responded to was my last one asking what color he used so I could get another contractor to fix it. The mediocre customer service skills he does have ends when the job does! Would not recommend him.
