They were always on time. I had only a few days to have the job completed, and they were able accommodate. They did a very nice and even did a little extra for a small fee. I would recommend them to others. They also did a very good clean up job!

The timing and coordination were perfect between CSG and JBR and allowed me to have the fascia boards painted, while getting new gutters. The job site was neat and organized. The installation looks great and they function well. We are very pleased.

It was fine.  I thought they did a good job overall.  The deck was fabulous.  The details.  They missed some of the details and I just ended up finishing out myself because I got tired of the emails trying to get them to finish up the details.  The price was the best out of three estimates.  They came out when they said they would.

Despite repeated phone calls, the provider has failed to follow-up with a commitment and/or date I can expect the repairs to be done.

Overall very happy with quality of work. New vinyl is straight and lies flat. Aluminum wrapping and gutters look good.
There was a problem at end of job. Noticed roof leaking and traced to where they installed roof jacks for scaffolding. Asked them to inspect and plug holes. Original crew came, said it was done and leaks continued. Asked them again to inspect and plug holes. Finally president came and inspected and found screw holes had not been filled. New crew then came and filled holes with caulking and leaks stopped.

Right from the first phone call, they were very responsive and professional. Got an estimate right away. Even worked with neighborhood association to find the best acceptable materials. Originally scheduled for a two day project but they arrived very early, had a very large crew, removed and replaced entire roof, did the extras we contracted for, all in one day. Came the next day to check everything and do an additional magnet sweep of the property. Cleanup was very good. No damage to scrubs or trees.

They did a good job. Arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterward so that you could not tell they had been there except for the new gutters. Josh has been willing to meet several times to answer questions and to show products so that we could feel comfortable in what we were buying. The company may need a little more front office help as Josh can sometimes seem a little rushed and forgetful. They did a fine job on the gutters and we are looking forward to our new windows.

I actually hired TrueSon Exteriors for my roofing project; however, without my knowledge, this project was subcontracted to CSG Restoration, LLC. Though I was disappointed with Barry Roewe from TrueSon Exteriors for not disclosing this information, I could not be more pleased with CSG Restoration and my new roof.
As promised, the roofing crew showed up at 6:30 AM and began to shield our extensive landscaping. Shortly afterwards, the crew of eleven began tearing off the wood shake roof and by noon, the old roof was gone. With wasting anytime, the new roof was installed. We have a rather large house with a complex roof and the job was completed, as promised, on the second day. They define a work day as sunup to sundown.
The laborers were absolutely wonderful: respectful, pleasant and professional not to mention very hard working. Though not perfect, the clean-up was good and only a few minor casualties to the landscape, underline minor. It would have been nice if they had taken the initiative to clean the now filthy, wood dust laden, skylights but this is so minor I feel a little guilty mentioning it.
I cannot offer an opinion about the upper management and the bidding process since my job was subcontracted, I can speak highly of their roofing crew. I will call this company first for my future roofing needs.

Great job. They were delayed by weather, but maintained daily contact with me to adjust work date. When the weather did cooperate, they showed up on time with a crew large enough to complete the work in excellent time. The gutter crew worked in conjunction with the final stages of the siding crew.
Clean up was performed continuously so the yard was never a mess. The final clean up was so good, you couldn't tell they had been there. Company supervisors were in and out all day long and performed a final walk around with me to make sure I was happy.

We were undecided between two colors to use for the new guttering, so CSG brought both colors and held up the sample down spouts
so we could see them both up against the house. We really appreciated this extra effort on their part to help us decide.
Side Note - As it turns out, when we met them face to face, we both work out at the same gym but did not know what each other did outside of the gym......small world!

They responded quickly to our request for a bid, their price was the same as other bids, the foreman was pleasant and kept us informed, the roofers worked very hard despite the hot weather. They had all the appropriate equipment and were experienced. We felt confident and comfortable with the work.

They are terrific and I would highly recommend them. I was extremely impressed with them. They were very careful and they did a good job. They cleaned everything. They obviously took their time. I had checked with some other companies and their price was very fair for what they did. They had a supervisor come out every day and check out what the men were doing which was important.

Work was done fast and to specifications.
