When I walked in, immediately they helped me. They were really great to work with. They did a really good job working with me on the photo processing and had them completed within two days. The personnel were very helpful and they provided me with a number of demos. Their prices are a good deal and are very reasonable. They are a local company which I really like to support.

Columbia Photo provides great service on cameras, and I will continue to use them when I need work done.The biggest service they provided was when I needed the shutter replaced on a Nikon D300 digital SLR a few years ago. While they don't do that work in-house, I was glad that they will pack it up and ship it to Nikon for the work. Nikon did a great job, of course, upgrading my firmware in addition to the new shutter. When it arrived back with Columbia Photo, they inspected it and I was able to pick it up right away. It was great to have them provide that service of packing & shipping with my expensive camera. I wouldn't trust myself to do it right.
On another occasion, Columbia Photo cleaned the sensor of my Nikon D50 digital SLR. They did great work with that, too. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
