Vacuum Cleaners
Did not refer us to a local affiliate/satellite office that could have taken care of our needs without the need for packaging up our vacuum, and then sending it UPS for not a small some of $$. We had to find out this office existed from the Home Office of RexAir The Office in Bourbon Missouri is very professional, Straightforward, and Honest. The Bourbon Office even came to the house to Pick up our machine! Shame on you Columbia Clean Air, for not supporting the satellite offices.

Vacuum Cleaners
The experience was horrible. The salesperson was late. We were told that the entire process would be under an hour and it was well over three! The salesperson was pushy and rude. When we finally got to the price and realized there was no way we would be spending the kind of money they wanted for their product: we were told that if we loved our kids and cared about their health that we would find it in our budget.
