My rent has gone up by $40/mo. over the last three lease contracts for a house that is in disrepair and small. Their responsiveness to repairs on the properties is bad. It is not unusual at all that they should have to come back to repair basic items such as lighting or ceiling fans. The parts they use don't last and the never, ever call before coming over despite the fact that it says right in the lease that they will. Of course, there is no repercussions whereas I, late on rent for the first and only time in 3 1/2 years, am assessed a late fee of $5 per day accompanied by a very rude note. Furthermore, they were rude when questioned about calling ahead when the property owner came to walk through. No, I do not recommend them to anyone.
