I have been using him for about 3-4 years. They have done annual service for me, recharging the AC and things like that. They always do a good job. I think their rates are very reasonable, and are better than average compared to other places in town. They did such a good job a little over a year ago that they didn't have to come out this winter and fix it again. Everything they have done is done right the first time. They are honest and fair. They always make me aware of any issues that might arise, but they never try to sell me anything I don't need.

I would definatley call Burks again, as well as recommend him to all my friends. Who could ask for more? Friday night? 100 degree weather? Less than an hour of discomfort, Thank you!!!
