Two guys came on time.. They worked for maybe 6 hours. They missed a spot and I called the company and they sent someone back out right away to finish it up. Very prompt and professionally run company. It seemed pricey to me for the amount of time they actually worked. I'd get estimates but was reasonably satisfied with the job.

Person providing estimate was on time and gave detailed proposal and schedule.

Workers came on schedule and worked quickly and efficiently.

Workers used masks and ear protection appropriately.

They left one pile of shorter pieces that they should have taken which may have been a miscommunication. Other than that, the work was completed very well. Their courtesy and promptness is a big plus.

They responded to our initial request for a bid quickly and charged exactly what was bid, despite the tree trimming and removal taking most of the afternoon. The team was friendly, professional and experienced. We were concerned about some of the limbs falling into our garden areas and they were cautious to avoid damaging flowers or vegetables and were respectful of our property and our neighbors'. We wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future; the work was excellent and the pricing was fair. They also have a mulch delivery service and we may call on them for that. Thanks, Braik Brothers!

They did an great job and followed up with their wok.

The biggest thing to mention was that the job took about as twice as long as they estimated and they did not charge me any extra for it. I was really impressed with this, because so many people would charge you extra in this situation. When they were finished, there was a bunch of mulch left over and I asked them to spread it out over the area, and they did that as well without charge. Overall they were very pleasant people - all 4 of them. They never let the issues with the project alter their moods and they were very easy to get along with.
