My family and I have used Automotive Specialist for the past 14 years. My dad found them when we moved to Columbia. What a stroke of luck! I've NEVER had a good mechanic before! Brice, the owner, his dad, his son and his irreplaceable go to man, Doug are the absolute best at what they do. They are fast, efficient and can diagnose ANY problem as far as I know! My sister came from out of town and had had her car looked at SEVERAL times at SEVERAL different shops in her hometown and they could NOT figure out what the issue was! Within a half hour it was diagnosed, and problem resolved! I've referred friends, family and anyone else who's asked. I trust them to do the best job at the best price! I've NEVER had to and quot;go backand quot; soon after the service because and quot;something else wrongand quot;...

I need my rear breaks done, had a problem while traveling in K.C. they wanted $600 to do the job in K.C. I was not comfortable letting a shop I didn't know. I took it to Brice and his crew he told me I only needed the rear done. I then asked him if he thought i should replace the water pump as I drive a lot for my job and the car had high miles....He said no your fine not something a lot of shops would say.....I got it replace anyway! This is one of the best and honest shops in all of Columbia!!!

They are a great auto shop. They always go out of their way to take care of their customers. They are always very professional and easy to talk to. Automotive Specialists only do what they need to do and do not try and upsell any of their customers. I have taken my truck to see Automotive Specialists for 10 years now. The truck has 186,000 miles on it, and is still is still running because of them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any automotive repair shop.

The first thing you notice is everyone is happy and obviously doing what they enjoy. It is good to have happy people work on your car! They do it well and they do not overcharge. They will pick you up, drop you off at work or whatever, or you can wait.
