FYI, Don't trust Ashley Furniture anymore. We got bad experiences with their after sales service. We purchased $2,800 nice leather recliner couple yrs ago, and the leather dye came off left a big chunk ugly stained color on the head rest. The day after we bought it, the chair made a noise. I called the customer service and they pit me on hold for a long time, and after I fought with the customer service on the phone about the schedule finally they sent somebody to fix the chair. We've just realized couple days ago when we cleaned the house that the mechanic who fixed our chair 2 yrs ago didn't tight the caster under the chair and it scratched our nice wood floor. Now Ashley said that it's not their responsibility about the leather dye color came off!! An expensive recliner won't wore out in couple years! Now they charged $30 to send somebody to look at the chair! What a waste of money to spend on a stupid recliner that can't last for more than 10 years. You'll see this is gonna go to BBB for the 2nd time!
