I called and Jeff Terry was able to get to the house quickly. He was professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem straightaway and get it fixed in a short time. In the course of the diagnostics, a small amount of water began draining and he wiped it up tidily. He works on most large appliances (he gestured around the kitchen) and works on any brand except Samsung. He offers a 30 day warranty on his work. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem of this type.

Jeff is excellent. He is certified in LG appliance repair. No one else in Columbia will touch LG, I know, I called. I found him through the LG website for certified LG repair in the Coumbia, MO area. Jeff is knowledgeable, professional, reliable, on time and reasonably priced. If he doesn't have a replacement part on hand he can get them quickly and install ASAP.
Jeff also worked on our Electrolux Icon six burner stove/oven. I called him and he came out the same day and fixed the electrical switch to the gas burners.
I have finally found our go to guy for appliance repair.
