Rob arrive on time and hot water up and running again within a couple of hours or so. I think it cost me around $950. His professionalism and knowledge was obvious and well-appreciated. He explained what he needed to do, answered all my questions and was very efficient in his work. Rob is honest and hard working and totally reliable. He's done work for several of my friends, and they have been pleased with the quality of service Rob provided.

I called at 8 AM and was told he would try to work me in that afternoon. Shortly before noon, he called to tell me he was ahead of schedule and could come immediately. Very professional very affordable for a house call and work done. I would most definitely hire again.

It went great. Rob is very reliable and courteous. We had used him a few times before and had no problem leaving him at our house to work all day. He does great work quickly and for a fair price.

Bob was honest from the minute we spoke. He kept in touch and was on time for our appointment. He took the toilets apart, all of them, and suggested the possibility of a backup in the pipes. He then called a friend who was a drain cleaner and asked him to come ASAP. He left and told me he would be back the next day, after the drain cleaner put the camera down the pipes. Turns out the man who was going to look at the drains could make it the same day, and an hour later both the drain cleaner showed up, along with Bob, the plumber. They worked together and found the problem quickly, which was a clog in the pipe. The drain man left in less than a half hour, and Bob then put all new wax rings in the three toilets, along with all new insides for each. He then inserted "shims" under the toilets because, as I thought, the slate floors were not level, so the toilets did not sit exactly flush. He spent more than 4 hours here and did not leave until he was sure everything was working perfectly, and also said if I saw anything wrong, to call him immediately. He was polite, friendly, and explained everything as he went along. And I told him upfront that I had numerous plumbers here previously, what they had done or not done, what they said, and how much it cost me, which was hundreds of dollars between them, only to find the same problem reoccurred right after they left. And, I can also tell you when I had called some of them back, I was ignored or told that I paid them for the problem they fixed. This man is a gem and I would recommend him to anyone.

Rob did a great job on both projects. Professional, on time, and fairly priced.

 The work was done quickly.  He came and assessed the situation and had everything replaced within an hour.  We were referred to him by Air and Heating Solutions just this morning.  We will certainly use his company again.

On Friday he said he could get to it next week. He arrived punctually on Tuesday morning and within 45 minutes, the pipe was as close to upright as needed.
