+ -1 moreThey were willing to accommodate and work with our needs. We bought the heating and cooling equipment from another place and they installed it. They were not as professional as I would have hoped. They used one of our good towels and got caulk all over it and other small things that you hope they would pay attention too. The system does work really good, so the overall outcome I was happy with.
