Did a great job.

I called and asked for an estimate and they sent out a tech to review the situation. Once he reviewed the situation a sales person came out and we talked options. He offered several different unit types, some lower and some higher priced. He recommended replacing my entire HVAC system but the service tech said that the furnace was in good shape. I chose not to replace the furnace (doubled the price and reduces the efficiency of the AC unit) but the sales person didn't pressure me to do otherwise. They sent out 2 techs and they worked most of the day, had to leave to get some parts that were not packed with the unit once. Overall they were clean and courteous. Price was about what I expected. Only complaint was I was told they would return with warmer weather to check the unit but have not heard back. I plan and following up with that myself.

The lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule service was very friendly. James arrived a few hours later and diagnosed and repaired issue in less than an hour. I was very anxious having someone come into my unkempt home but he was very respectful and professional.

The technicians came out the same day we called for help. They were patient, helpful and quick to perform their work and answer our questions. The office staff were very courteous and responsive. We would highly recommend this company to anyone having problems with their central A/C unit.

Very professional and punctual.  The technician came to the house, fixed the capacitor, explained his work, and left.  The total reflected one hour of labor and the cost of the part.  Will use again in the future.

They told me it needed to be replaced and they could get on it ASAP. I was shot an estimate of nearly $1100. Unacceptable. I ask how much it would be if I provided the hot water heater and was told the installation would in the $600 range. I ended up getting the job done for $675 including the price of the heater. I will never use these guys again. Thanks for nothing Angie.

We had a very AWESOME experience with Air & Water Solutions! It started with Rodney working with our schedule to view the job. 
The compressor on the old A/C was blown so we were with out A/C until the new unit was installed. We got several bid and theirs was the lowest They installed a 17 SEER Trane heat pump for  $8441.00 and we are getting back $600 from Boone Electric for the dual fuel credit program. Their Installer Jamie was very thorough and made sure everything was 100% correct. We love our new system!

.Average price for a service call, but service was prompt and successful.  They serviced my tankless water heater, and while it was flushing, they did my other repair.  Final price, service, VALUE and repairs were excellent.

The plumber did an excellent job; was friendly and very professional. And he was efficient. The job took less time than I expected. We had two toilets with slow leaks at the base that we called him to fix. One also needed to have a fill valve replaced that I was going to do sometime. But he was doing such good work, I had him take care of all the issues while he was here. There was some confusion between me and their office when I made the appointment. Somehow they scheduled the appointment one day later than I expected. Not sure if that was their fault or mine. But the service otherwise was so good, that I did not mind too much. It has been 3 months now since the work was done, and everything is working fine. The plumber that worked here (Rob) was great. I would definitely use this company's services again.

They came when they promised they would, cleaned up after themselves, and removed old unit. Very professional installers and spent time with us showing how to use the new thermostat.

Everything was perfect from the first call to the final product installed. When I called, I just wanted to schedule someone to look at our current model and give us an estimate, but I wasn't expecting it to be anytime soon since I wasn't committed to replacement yet. To my surprise, Rodney came out within 20 minutes of my phone call and had an estimate ready in writing within two hours of my call. The installation was scheduled promptly, and Stacy even helped with the scheduling via email over the weekend. The installer was punctual, professional and knowledgable. He showed us everything of importance with the new model and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. I was very happy with the price considering the added value to our home with this upgrade. This was my second time using AWS, and I'll continue to use them and recommend them in the future.

I contacted AWS and set up an appointment for two days later on a non-emergency issue. Another highly rated plumbing company had taken a month to do nothing after their initial visit to look at my drain and hear that I wanted maintenance on my water heater.
AWS called and said they were available earlier, so it ended up to be next day service.
Chris from AWS called when he was on his way, so there was no waiting around for them. He started flushing my instant water heater and looked at the drain (it is a rare high end Kohler custom part). As he was calling suppliers to find a replacement, he figured out and repaired the part himself. Since the heater maintenance took a half hour, Chris used that time to repair the drain. Whatever I and the other plumber expected the drain to cost, it ended up costing zero.
I am VERY happy. It could not have gone any better in service and price. Chris's initiative and mechanical ability is impressive.
